The 6 stage JAGUAR TANK CLEAN process has been devised through constant development of a fool-proof process. The steps adopted are on par with American Water Works Association(AWWA) norms, with minor alterations in terms of technology and pricing to suit Indian standards.
STAGE 1

Mechanized Water Draining
In the First stage of Mechanized Water Draining process, the water in the tank is pumped out using water draining industrial jet pump. |
STAGE 2

Sludge Removal
In the Second Stage the residual sludge which is left on the floor of the tank is sucked out using our high powered sludge removal equipment. |
STAGE 3

High Pressure Cleaning
In the Third Stage, the Walls & ceilings of the tanks are thoroughly swiped using PWP under 140bar high pressure which totally wipes out the calcinations, algae and all contaminants which cling on the internal surface of the tank and grow rapidly.

Vacuumizing
In the Fourth stage of the sludge removal process an Industrial Vacuumizer is used to vacuumize the resultant contaminants, making the tank absolutely speck-free. |

Anti-bacterial Spray
In the Fifth very important Stage of Anti-bacterial treatment the walls & ceilings are made totally sterile from bacterial attack using a mix of liquid Chlorine and calcium hypo chlorite under proper ratio |
STAGE 6

UV Radiation
And finally in the Sixth Stage of the JAGUAR TANK CLEAN process final sterilisation and disinfection is done using UV Radiation by a specially developed UV Radiator which is used to kill any suspended or floating bacteria remaining in the tank. |
This full procedure makes the tank Bacteria free and makes it perfectly fit for storing even drinking water. The above process is common for both underground and overhead drinking water storage tanks and can be used for all types of tanks like concrete tanks, fabricated steel tanks, plastic tanks (sintex type) etc.
